Agent / Direct Selling Partner Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be an Indian citizen legally eligible to contract.
• Must provide valid Aadhaar, PAN, and Bank details for KYC.
• Must know the sponsor (Direct Selling Partner) who referred you.
• Registration requires identity verification and approval.

Business Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher issued only if minimum self-purchase is 100 BV (up to Rank 9). From Rank 10 onward: Rank X 100 BV.
2. If no business activity under self-code for 6 consecutive months, Member ID will be deactivated.
3. Salary eligibility requires business from at least 3 direct hands; one hand must contribute 20% of target business.
4. To receive salary, minimum 30% of rank target must be maintained.
5. Performance Bonus at Rank 16 (Master Rank) requires 3 direct hands, one contributing 20% target.
6. 5% of company total BV distributed equally among all Active Masters.
7. No self-purchase = No voucher for that month.
8. At Rank 16, promoting 3 Active Masters leads to Rank 17 (Grand Master).
9. Grand Master rewards can be received only once per achievement.
10. Promotion from Rank 1 to Rank 16 has no conditions; salary/bonus requires fulfilment of criteria.
11. 2% TDS deducted from commission; payout credited by 10th of following month.
12. KYC and nominee selection must be completed via Kishalay Web App to receive vouchers.

Legal Clause

Any legal disputes must be filed in Ranaghat Judicial Court, Nadia, West Bengal, India.
